 Shinola and Bedrock's executive teams wanted to make a bold statement about their joint venture. 

There was one problem. 
&#38;nbsp;
I only had 30 minutes to get something approved and to the printer.

"American craftsmanship and urban luxury. The hotel only Detroit could build."

The Lake Erie Monster was the most ambitious watch launch in company history. 
It was Shinola’s first timepiece with automatic movement, and their first dive watch - two major benchmarks for any watch manufacturer. 
&#38;nbsp;The creative team dove head first, building a standalone website, package materials, and email campaign.We sold all 500 watches within days of its release earning the company a record $1.15 million.

		<description>In an effort to reach new customers, Shinola launched it's first catalog heading into the 2017 holiday season. Our mission was to introduce new customers to our brand. As the sole copywriter on the project, I worked in&#38;nbsp; with the brand manager, Shinola’s President and the companie’s owner to write and edit all of the copy. The result was a visually stunning catalog that proved its worth in increased holiday sales.

		<description>At the end of 2016, Shinola's President approached me about a secret project. He wanted to send a letter to all 650+ employees ahead of the New Year. I worked with art director to create a premium clothbound book that shared Shinola’s vision for 2017, and included a personalized letter from the executive team encouraging all Shinola employees to work together.
