At the end of 2016, Shinola's President approached me about a secret project. He wanted to send a letter to all 650+ employees ahead of the New Year. I worked with art director to create a premium clothbound book that shared Shinola’s vision for 2017, and included a personalized letter from the executive team encouraging all Shinola employees to work together.
